The monitoring continues.
As of 29 October 2026, RegularHost remains online and its public website continues advertising multiple commercial hosting-software licenses using its shared/replacement-style licensing model.
Examples still publicly visible include offers for:
- cPanel
- CloudLinux
- JetBackup
- LiteSpeed
- DirectAdmin
- WHMCS
- Plesk and other hosting software
Public product pages continue using wording such as “SHARED LICENSE,” “Instant Auto Replace License” and “Realtime Direct Updates.”
At the same time, the vendor-review side continues moving.
- 🔎 JetBackup #809859 — internal review remains active.
- 🔎 Virtualizor #742041 — matter has been with its review team after Virtualizor confirmed RegularHost is not an authorized reseller/partner.
- 🔎 WHMCS — the authorization inquiry has been routed for further/legal review.
- 🔎 WebPros / Plesk — the matter has been raised with legal representatives and remains on their radar.
- 🔎 CloudLinux #296454 — evidence was reviewed through Compliance/Legal; the external case has since closed without additional disclosure about any internal action.
Additional vendor follow-ups have also been made.
One important point: A company continuing to operate while complaints or vendor reviews exist does not prove those reviews were rejected. Likewise, opening a vendor case does not prove wrongdoing.
That is why RH Watch publishes statuses separately:
- ✅ Confirmed authorization fact
- 🟡 Under review
- 🔵 Publicly advertised
- ⚠️ Consumer verification recommended
We’ll keep monitoring the public listings and publishing material changes.
